Our company's scope of work is not limited to concrete reclamation and construction, we also have a number of other projects in process, ranging from hazardous waste removal and transportation to heavy equipment operations. President & CEO
With over 35 years of experience in the construction and concrete industry, Richard Sargent is a seasoned professional. He is dedicated to coaching and motivating his team to achieve outstanding results. As the overseer of all projects, he ensures that quality standards and production milestones are met. He is constantly on the move, visiting different sites and providing supplies, knowledge, and encouragement to his team members. Richard is known for his passion for business, his emphasis on teamwork, and his unwavering commitment to meeting project demands. His positive attitude and enthusiasm are contagious, leading his team to work with extraordinary energy and dedication in an environment that promotes creativity and innovation.
Sean Biggins
EVP & COO
Sean's professional journey began as a residential contractor, constructing homes and condos in Connecticut and Rhode Island. He then transitioned to working with Stone & Webster Engineering Corp. on building nuclear power plants, collaborating closely with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on both reactor containment and other vital areas of the plant. After leaving the nuclear industry, he embarked on a long career in finance, working with wealth clients in the private bank at Wells Fargo for 21 years. For the past 15 years, Sean has been involved in various projects, providing technical support, licensing, and customizing business-critical technologies and assisting in the acquisition and execution of contract awards with organizations such as FEMA and other state and federal agencies.
Amanda Sargent

Amanda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. As the head of logistics for our company, she is responsible for overseeing all logistical needs and providing expert advice to the executive management team on logistics-related matters. With her deep understanding of supply chain processes and practices, Amanda is an expert in all aspects of supply operations, including materials management, purchasing, production planning, inventory management, and new product development. She is also experienced in logistics, applied business systems, and integrated business process management. Amanda's main goal for our company is to ensure that everyone is treated with the utmost respect and kindness, and that our logistics and supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently.
